6 Days 5 Nights Best of Tanzania Big Five Safari

This safari takes you to Lake Manyara park for the birds and tree climbing lions, Serengeti for all the Big Five and also famous for the cats; lions, cheetahs; you may be lucky to witness the wildebeest migration depending with the time of the year. You visit the Ngorongoro crater which enjoy abundant of wildlife and the its topography and history is spectacular. Finish the trip with a biking or walking tour at a village near Lake Manyara.

Day 1 Arrival in Tanzania (Kilimanjaro Airport): 

On arrival at the airport, you will be met by a staff members and he will escort you to your accommodation in Arusha.

Day 2 Lake Manyara: 

After breakfast you depart for Lake Manyara National Park with en route views. Afternoon game viewing in the park searching for the diverse flora and fauna of the park. 
• Main destination: Lake Manyara National Park
• Accommodation: Country Lodge Karatu Mid-range lodge located outside Lake Manyara
• Meals & drinks: All meals included & Drinking water 

Day 3 Drive to Serengeti:

The legendary Serengeti Plain is your destination today. Depending with the animal movement we can arrange a packed lunch or go back to the lodge for hot lunch. The evening is free to rest.
• Main destination: Serengeti National Park
• Accommodation: Serengeti Heritage Camp Midrange tented camp located inside Serengeti NP
• Meals & drinks: All meals included & Drinking water 

Day 4 Full day in Serengeti: 

If you rise early you can take a morning game drive through the park to see the nocturnal predators and very active animals waking up. Enjoy morning and afternoon game viewing drives on the vast Serengeti plains. 

Depending with wildlife movement, we can have hot lunch at the camp or enjoy picnic lunch packets.

Day 5 Ngorongoro Crater: 

After breakfast, we drive and descend some 610 meters into the crater, which is home to an abundance of wildlife and a photogenic paradise, for a full day of game viewing drive with picnic lunch at a private scenic site. 

In the evening we drive back to our game lodge for overnight stay.

Day 6 Biking/walking village tour – Departure: 

Today, with a guide, you enjoy a half day Biking/walking tour around the village of Mt Wa Mbu. A picnic lunch packet will be served.

In the afternoon we drive to Kilimanjaro airport for your International flight back home or continue with other plans.
