Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Arusha

Stop At: Arusha, Arusha, Arusha Region
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our driver will be waiting to greet you and take you to the serenity of your lodge for time to unwind from your flight and begin to settle into your holiday.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Stop At: Tarangire National Park, Tarangire National Park, Arusha Region
After a leisurely breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park – home of the highest population of elephants, wildebeest, pride of lions, and over 400 species of birds. There will be lots of time for taking pictures. Have lunch in the great outdoors then continue with game drives until the African sun begins to set. Leave the park and drive towards your overnights accommodation.

Day 3: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
Depart your camp and drive to the Serengeti, crossing the Great Rift Valley escarpment, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Highlands, where you will get your first glimpse of the Ngorongoro Crater. Along the way, you will see the Maasai herding their cattle – their prized possession - across the open plains.  Your guide will pick a perfect place for a picnic lunch so you can continue to enjoy the scenic beauty. Proceed with game drives en route towards Serengeti making your way towards your camp for overnight stay.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park full day game drive

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
Full day game drives in the Serengeti, one of the most stunning wildlife sanctuaries in the world. The name comes from the Maasai word “siri nget” meaning “endless plains”. This vast savannah hosts the world’s largest surviving concentration of wildlife. In addition to the short grasses, there are beautiful rocky out-cropping called kopjes and thousands of acres of bush and acacia woodland. Return to camp for a relaxed evening and private honeymoon dinner.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro conservation area descending into the crater for game viewing on the World Heritage Site - Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is the home of the largest African mammals. Here it is possible to see elephants, numerous pride of lions, hippos, a resident herd of wildebeest, zebra, various gazelles, baboons, and the black rhino.  Lunch will be taken at a picnic site at the water’s edge. Late afternoon ascends back to the crater rim seeing more wildlife along the way. Proceed to your overnights accommodation for a soothing shower, dinner, and relaxation.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Highlands to Lake Manyara National Park

Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Arusha Region
After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park for wildlife viewing. Lake Manyara Park is famously known for its tree-climbing lions and its diverse set of vegetation and wildlife. The birdlife in the park is abundant and if lucky you might see the famous tree-climbing lions and a variety of other animals such as impala, elephants, dikdik and hippos.  In the afternoon drive to your camp for a sumptuous dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Lake Manyara Park to Arusha
