Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive anytime at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), Tanzania

Stop At: Moshi, Moshi, Kilimanjaro Region
You will meet us at the airport and pick up with private transfer to Park View hotel in Moshi OR Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel. After check Inn at hotel meet your Driver and Cook for short briefing about safari.

Day 2: Game drive in Ngorongoro Crater

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
Today we visit the largest intact volcanic crater in the world, the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. At more than 2,000 feet deep and 12 miles in diameter, the Ngorongoro Crater has one of the largest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. 30,000 animals make their home in this crater, making it an ideal place for sightings of the ‘big 5’ – lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and leopard. We enjoy a picnic lunch in this truly world-class attraction, also known as the ‘8th Wonder of the World’. Our dinner and overnight in the Ngorongoro wildlife lodge.

Day 3: Olmoti and Empakai Crater

Stop At: Empakaai Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
After breakfast depart to Olmoti Crater for a half day walk. Often, we meet Maasai on the way to the waterfalls at the crater.
At the afternoon we proceed to our base camp at Empakaai Crater (Special Campsite).
Experiencing the serenity and quiet beauty of this wild spot. Surrounding the lake, you will reach springs, where you frequently see lots of wildlife. In the lake, there are many flamingoes. Overnight at the special Campsite, Empakaai.

Day 4: Empakaai to Acaccia Campsite

Stop At: Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Arusha Region
Today we start walking from Empakaai to acacia campsite We descend the outer hills of the Great Rift Valley; we walk through the open plains of the Bulbul depression, passing through Nairobi village. We have also a great opportunity to meet the local Maasai. Donkeys carry our luggage. Afterward, we proceed to the Acacia Campsite for dinner and overnight stay

Day 5: Walking Safari to Oldonyo Lengai – Engaresero Campsite

Stop At: Ol Doinyo Lengai, Tanzania
Today we walk to Oldonyo Lengai, the single active volcano mountain in Tanzania this means (the holy mountain of the Maasai). The trail will lead us down into the Rift Valley escarpment, and most of the parts are quite steep. After 5-6 hours of walking, we reach the foot of the inspiring mountain; proceed to the Engaresero campsite, which is much more comfortable (showers!) and less hot. We can also pick you up by our car at the bottom of the mountain, and drive back to the Engaresero Campsite

Day 6: Lake Natron to Serengeti National Park

Stop At: Lake Natron, Lake Natron, Arusha Region
Today you’ll experience the culture and traditions of the local Maasai at Lake Natron. Your local guide will show you the Maasai Boma and explain the way Maasai live; after a short visit in the Maasai boma, we will drive to Serengeti dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 7: Full Day Serengeti Game Drive

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
The entire day is dedicated to game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. You will either go on a full day game drive or join early morning and afternoon drives in the Seronera area, depending on last night’s stop. The best time to find the wild beasts here is between December and May and for the calving session January and March is the right session to visit. The Seronera area is also the best place to spot the shy and nocturnal leopard. You will spend the night at the same camp.

Day 8: Drive from Serengeti to Moshi
