to see the imaginative view the traditional architecture of Tanzania ethnic groups. Tanzania has approximately 120 tribes.
> Mwalimu House:
Built in 1954 by Mwalimu Nyerere, now it has useful documentation regarding the Late Julius K Nyerere who was the first president of Tanzania. The house act as a small museum depicting both Mwalimu's life and his struggles to the Independence of Tanzania.
> Mwenge Curio Shops:
to see the traditional artistic and hand made crafts of the local people. A nice place suitable to buy presents for families.
> Azania Front Church:
Built by the Germans in 1898. Used as a Secretary Building during the German colonial period
> Saint Joseph Cathedral:
Built in 1892 by the Germans, a church still bears its aesthetic value that can not compared with any church along the East African Coast
> India sub-district:
to see the Indian architecture and cultural life.
> Askari Monument: Built by the Germans in 1911 and was dismantled by the British Soldiers during the First World War in 1914 to 1918 and then was rebuilt in 1927 to commemorate and honor the African Rifle Soldiers.
