This fantastic tour starts from Istanbul with an expert guide aboard a comfortable air-conditioned coach to visit the WWI poignant battlegrounds of Gallipoli and Anzac Cove. Explore the mesmerising Roman-Greco remnants of Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, which is one of the seven wonders of the world. See Cappadocia with stunning landscapes of the Fairy Chimneys and explore the underground labyrinth.
Then you will stop at Pamukkale where you can marvel at the white coloured rock plateaus which is where it gets is name as Pamukkale means Cotton castle then plunge into the hot Hierapolis natural springs which are believed to have healing powers.

Itinerary

Day 1: Istanbul — Gallipoli — Çanakkale

Stop At: Gallipoli National Park, Kabatepe Mevki Eceabat Merkez, Eceabat, Gallipoli 17900 Turkey
Start your tour in the morning where you will get picked up from your hotel in Istanbul’s Sultanahmet district.

Once settled into your air-conditioned coach, you will drive to the Gallipoli Peninsula, which was the scene of one of World War I’s deadly campaigns. The Allies attacked Gallipoli to capture Constantinople in 1915, which is now Istanbul, to help the struggling Russian forces. The failed mission is cost around 100,000 lives and is commemorated by memorials at the significant battle sites.

Visit the Lone Pine Australian Memorial and Chunuk Bair New Zealand Cemetery and Memorial, and see Anzac Cove, the Nek and Johnston’s Jolly. In the evening, enjoy dinner at your hotel in nearby Çanakkale.

Day 2: Çanakkale —Troy — Kusadasi

Stop At: Troy (Truva), Tevfikiye Koyu, Intepe, Canakkale Turkey
After breakfast, you will head to the site of ancient Troy, famed as the location of the Trojan War in the 2nd century BC, as described in Greek mythology and in the epic poem, Iliad, by Homer.

Take a fascinating guided tour of the UNESCO-listed remains and view the replica Trojan horse, as your guide reveals how the war was sparked by the love of the Trojan prince, Paris, for Zeus’ daughter, Helen.

Stop At: Ruins of Pergamum, 8 km (5 mi) from Bergama, Bergama Turkey
After lunch (own expense), continue to Bergama Acropolis (Pergamum Acropolis), an ensemble of theatres, temples and palaces that once made up a thriving, ancient Greek capital.

Afterwards, arrive at your hotel in Kusadasi, your base for the next two nights, and unwind over dinner.

Day 3: Ephesus - Leather Shopping - Pamukkale

Stop At: Ancient City of Ephesus, Selcuk 35920 Turkey
After breakfast, you will make your way to Ephesus, which is one of Europe’s best-preserved Greco-Roman city.

View the site of the now long-crumbled Temple of Artemis one of the seven wonders of the world, and then walk around the partially rebuilt streets of Ephesus itself.

Wonder at the extraordinary Library of Celsus and follow in the footsteps of the long-ago residents around the columned streets, shops and theatre.

Stop At: Sirince Koyu, Sirince Turkey
A visit to the former Greek village of Şirince, a charming 19th-century settlement of traditional houses that is famous for its wines.

Stop At: Kusadasi, Kusadasi, Turkish Aegean Coast
Then after a visit to a carpet-weaving workshop and you will visit one of Kusadasi’s renowned leather factories to see some of the area’s beautiful, handmade leather goods. Turkey is a leading producer of leatherware, and the factory showcases some of Kusadasi's finest leather products, such as bags, sandals and purses.

Browse the finely sewn, handcrafted goods and perhaps buy some as souvenirs or gifts.

Day 4: Hierapolis and thermal terraces - Konya

Stop At: Hierapolis & Pamukkale, Pamukkale 20280 Turkey
Drive to Pamukkale to admire its cotton-candy-like, calcified rock terraces, dotted with milky turquoise pools.

Wander over to the neighbouring archaeological gem of Hierapolis, a UNESCO-listed cluster of ruins dating from the 2nd-century BC.

Seize the chance to swim in the city's hot springs once used by toga-clad Romans. Waft through the reputedly therapeutic waters, taking care not to bump into the submerged Roman pillars that still stand in the pools.

Day 5: Konya Mevlana - Cappadocia (optional Turkish night in cave restaurant with drinks)

Visit the ancient Silk Road, the aeons-old route once followed by caravan trails between Anatolia’s silk-making regions.

Stop At: Cappadocia, Cappadocia
On arrival in Cappadocia, check in to your hotel and enjoy dinner. Alternatively, choose to attend an optional folklore evening (at your own expense) featuring live belly dancing, folk music and unlimited drinks.

Day 6: Cappadocia( in the morning optional Hot Air Balloon Tour) - Goreme - Underground City - Carpet weaving centre

Stop At: Cappadocia, Cappadocia
In the morning you have an option to do a hot air balloon tour (at your own expense) and see the sunrise with spectacular views.

After you have enjoyed breakfast, enjoy a whole day exploring the surreal and stunning landscapes of Cappadocia that are dotted with bizarre fairy chimneys, cave houses and strange rock formations.

Stop At: Kaymakli Underground City, Derinkuyu Turkey
Then, explore Kaymaklı Underground City which descends into a maze of once-inhabited subterranean passages, chambers and cellars.
