Kombucha Workshop
Kombucha Workshop is fun because you learn how to make this very popular and healthy drink in an amazing village overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is fun to meet new people and after the Kombucha Workshop we always sit and talk and get to meet each other, which is really what makes this activity great! If you have time, then we usually go for a walk in the beautiful nature.
Itinerary
In the Kombucha Homebrewing Workshop, we will cover the health benefits of kombucha, basics of kombucha homebrewing, second fermentation, flavoring ideas and tips along with any questions you may have about brewing this tasty and amazing drink.
You are welcome to come on your own to my home in the amazing village of Beycik, on the slopes od Tahtali Mountain overlooking the Mediterranean Sea or I can pick you up from the Kemer-Kumluca-Kas road at the intersection with Beycik road (there is a bus station that I pick up people from, all bus drivers know it, so just take off there, at Beycik station, and I'll come to get you).
I will provide healthy snacks too.
The total amount we need is about 2.5-3 hours. After the Kombucha workshop, we can relax on our cozy balcony and enjoy amazing mountain clean air and nature around.
Workshop fee includes your very own Kombucha SCOBY (75TL value), starter tea, everything you need to start brewing at home, printed instructions for homebrewing and tasting of several different kombucha flavors. So you will be totally ready for your Kombucha Homebrewing Experience. :)
