Itinerary

Day 1: Entebbe Airport To Kampala

Pass By: Entebbe Crafts Village, Portal Road, Entebbe Uganda
This will depend on your time of arrival

Day 2: Kampala To Bwindi

Stop At: Uganda Equator, Plot 24 Kikutuzi-Mpigi District, Kayabwe, Uganda
After an early breakfast, check out and depart at 8:00 am towards Western Uganda. We stop at the Equator to allow time for photographs. During the drive, you will see long-horned Ankole cattle, the rolling hills and terraced landscapes of the region, and beautiful panoramas that are part of the Kabale District.

Day 3: Gorilla tracking

Stop At: Bwindi Inpenetrable Forest, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Uganda
Wake up early have breakfast and assemble for a briefing before 8:00am. At 8.30 you enter the forest to track the Mountain Gorillas. Tracking can take from 2 hours to half a day depending on how far the gorillas are and which gorilla family you track.
Duration: 8 hours

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Buhoma Kanungu and Kisoro, Kabale Uganda
In the evening, you do a community walk and visit the Batwa ( Pygmies)
The neighboring Batwa community in Buhoma performs songs and dances about their former life in the forest. During the tour, you learn how to make to make juice, beer and gin from bananas and taste it too.

Day 4: Transfer back to Kampala

Stop At: Igongo Cultural Centre, 16 Km Mbarara-Masaka Road, Mbarara Uganda

Day 5: Shopping around Kampala and Airport Drop (Depending on your flight arrangements)
