The Mimo London Chef’s Table Dinner is a unique concept, inspired by the Basque gastronomic societies in San Sebastián. Just as in the local societies, at our chef’s table dinner the line between kitchen and dining room, between chef and friend, is blurred. Take the best seat in the house, around our rugged concrete chef’s counter, for a close-up view of the cooking action. Listen to our chefs tell stories and explain the dishes, all from the top floor of our cookery school, overlooking Borough market.
