This is a unique opportunity to dip into chocolate and become a chocolatier for an hour. Suitable for all the family from tots to teens and grandparents.
- learn a little bit about where chocolate comes from and how its made, looking at cocoa pods, cocoa beans, cocoa butter etc.
- Mould some mini bars, using a chocolate filled piping bags to write, doodle or draw your own designs on your chocolate bars. Add texture colour and flavour with a huge variety of sweets and sprinkles.
- make a batch of lollies with your own designs.
- wrap and ribbon your goodies all ready to take home :)

All ingredients included and you take home what you make. why not make some personalised souvenirs for your friends?

Itinerary

Have some fun making your own chocolate treats in our chocolate workshop. Learn a bit about how chocolate is made, looking at cocoa pods cocoa butter cocoa beans and cocoa nibs etc, then indulge in some chocolate tasting. Then we move on to the chocolate making. Begin with moulding chocolate. Using professional chocolate moulds/machines and tools, design your own 21 mini bars in 2 kinds of chocolate, using all kinds of sweets and sprinkles to add colour, texture and flavour, and using a piping bag to add your name, message or any designs. You'll then produce 3 chocolate lollies and we'll show you how to get your drawings on to the chocolate. Finally wrap and ribbon the huge bag of chocolate you'll be taking home to share (or not :)
