Because we are The Dough House the stars of this experience are flatbread and baklava. We will make our bread and dessert from scratch, no filo pastry all by hand. Then we will make 6 different types of mezes (Turkish-aubergine shakshuka, tomato and walnut salad, lentil balls, Greek-dolmades, meatballs or chicken skewers or prawn casserole, halloumi skewers). Some extra mezes will be served like homemade tzatziki, hummus and artichokes accompanied with a glass of homemade sangria, a total feast!
