Can't join us for one of our one or two-day tour wine tours? Take part in our half-day wine experience! You will visit Bergstrom Wines where you will be welcomed by your hostess with a taste of Champagne while she takes you exploring the biodynamic practices of their vineyard and garden programs, all while enjoying views of the Willamette Valley. Next, your hostess will
guide you through the Bergstrom story and a tasting of their limited-production estate wines, including a selection of library wines. Each Ekollon Experience includes a lunch pairing menu designed by Josh and Caroline Bergstrom featuring seasonal, locally sourced, gourmet bites.

After a great wine pairing experience at Bergstrom, it is time to settle into a relaxing mid-afternoon at Roco Winery. Rollin Soles is the co-owner and wine maker. Rollin is one of the ‘20 Most Admired Wine Makers in North America’. Rollin is also the founder of Argyle wines.

In the fabled Red Hills of Dundee, the birthplace of Oregon Pinot noir, our original estate vineyard continues to inspire and guide us. Let us welcome you to this historic and celebrated place, and into the home of our founders, John and Karen Bergström. We begin with a vineyard and garden stroll, exploring biodynamic farming practices while taking in views of the Willamette Valley. Next, you will enjoy an elegant and private seated tasting, featuring an extended flight of our limited production wines. This tasting is accompanied by a chef-curated menu, featuring seasonal and locally sourced bites.

After a great experience and meal, it is time to settle into a relaxing mid-afternoon at Roco Winery.

Decades in the making ROCO represents the finest in Oregon winemaking — with storied bottles and humbling accolades. It’s a 30-year history of devotion to craft.

In 1987, Rollin Soles purchased a breathtaking hillside property down a gravel road in the Chehalem Mountain Range. The property’s perfect combination of elevation, soil type, natural springs, and geological aspect were the seed of a dream that would eventually become ROCO Winery.

Rolin Soles is the winemaker and is one of the "20 Most Admired Wine Makers in North America. Rollin is also the founder of Argyle wines.
