Participants get to blend their own Napa Valley, Bordeaux inspired blend and put that into a bottle!
You'll see first hand how the art of wine blending is done and get to bottle, cork and label your blend with your own proprietary name.

Itinerary

During our Bottle Blending Day Camp, one of our blending guides will lead you through a personal tasting, education and blending session as you choose your perfect Bordeaux-style blend from four barrel samples (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc, all Napa Valley appellation). Once your favored Cuveé has been decided upon, we'll lead you through hand-bottling, labeling and the application of foil capsules to the bottlenecks. You then get to take your personally crafted wine with you the same day.
