Itinerary
Our classes are beginner friendly and workouts are always "go at your own pace". We begin our classes with a full body warm-up that includes calisthenics, which is low impact, but will get your heart rate up. After that we get in our stretches, strap our gloves on, and get into BAG ROUNDS. There's 6 rounds, 3 min each!! After that we partner up for some Glove Drills, and finish off with cool down stretches. It's a 60 min of adrenaline pumping, fat-destroying resistance training.
