Stop At: Kitt Peak National Observatory, Highway 86 to 386 for 12 miles, Tohono O'odham Nation, AZ 85719

Trouvaille invites you to spend a day exploring the cosmos with a day trip to Kitt Peak National Observatory. This all-inclusive trip includes astronomy-related goodies, local transportation (pickup and dropoff at your home or hotel), a specially-curated lunch, two tours at Kitt Peak, a visit to the Kitt Peak Visitors center, and free time to stroll around the Kitt Peak complex.

Your Trouvaille host will be planetary scientist, Dr. Paul Hardersen, who has spent almost two decades studying asteroids, investigating what they’re made of, and how are they are related to meteorites that fall to the Earth. He will be providing his expertise and guidance during this exciting and educational event. This day trip is available for groups of 5 or more people.
