Suitable for most biking abilities (some experience is recommended), the tour takes you from the top of Mt Soledad with its panoramic views down to the cliffs of La Jolla and the surf breaks of Pacific Beach. See La Jolla’s local seals and tide pools, enter one of the sea caves and learn about the marine life and protected shoreline from a local naturalist guide.

This is our meeting spot for the tour, which is our storefront in La Jolla Shores. You will come here to check in and sign waivers, as well as to get your bike and meet with your guide.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial, 6905 La Jolla Scenic Drive South, La Jolla, San Diego, CA 92037

Our tour will begin at the top of Mt. Soledad, which we will take you up to in vans with our bikes. It is a National Veterans Memorial site and is the highest coastal peak in San Diego, offering 360 degree views of all of San Diego County.

Stop At: Windansea Beach, 6800 Neptune Place, La Jolla, San Diego, CA 92083

Our guide will first take you to Windansea beach, which is home to a long-running surf club and amazing surf conditions.

Stop At: Children's Pool, 850 Coast Blvd, La Jolla, San Diego, CA 92037-4254

Our guide will take you over to the Children's Pool, which is where our colony of Harbor Seals call home.

Stop At: Sunny Jim Cave, 1325 Cave St, La Jolla, San Diego, CA 92037-3684

Our guide will take you into The Cave Store, which is a gift shop built on top of one of our sea caves. They will take you down roughly 145 steps onto a platform inside the cave, where you can get an inside-out view of the La Jolla Ecological Reserve.
