Lake Mead Educational Hiking Tour in Southern Nevada
We offer "educational" hiking tours. We tour off trail while teaching minimal disturbance and natural conservation, instead of guiding on the often over crowded public paths. We deliver our guests into the desert environment, as we teach the plants, animals, geological history, native history & culture, as well as the history of America's largest man-made lake - Lake Mead. An experience which is excelled only by going off trail. Our tours are low impact, non-elevation climbs, which teach the life abundant on the desert floor. By stepping off trail, we introduce our guests to the natural environment which simply cannot be successfully viewed by the public roads and paved trail byways. We also offer guided tours of White Owl Canyon, and the legendary St. Thomas "Ghost Town".
