NYC & Hoboken Walking Tour with A Zening Foot Massage And Learning Experience
This is a hands-on, moving feet experience that starts in New York, NY and ends in Hoboken, New Jersey. It is four to five hours of engaging, learning activities with a foot massage at the end.
We will take a pleasant 15-minute PATH Train or NY Waterway Ferry ride across the Hudson River from NYC to Hoboken where we will do a modified walking tour for approximately 60 minutes. We will visit interesting places and sites in the City.
After walking we will do a compact hands-on Zening Foot Massage workshop.
A professional Massage Therapist will share the basic theory and techniques of the Zening Foot Massage protocol.
Everyone will have the opportunity to experience a short-session of Foot or Hand massage from a practitioner and have an opportunity to practice the techniques they learned with a partner.
Foot charts and other learning material will be available for purchase.

Stop At: Charging Bull (Wall Street Bull), 26 Broadway, New York City, NY 10004-1703
An Iconic symbol of US Wall Street market dominance of the world market system and of world capitalism. It is located in the middle of Broadway in the Lower Manhattan Financial District.
You an take photos of and with the bull.

Stop At: Battery Park, State Street and Battery Place, New York City, NY 10004
The Battery and is probably the oldest location of socioeconomic and military significance and importance in New York and beyond.
Visitors will walkabout the park visiting its several historical monuments, enjoy a close-up view of the Iconic Statue of Liberty and enjoy a variety of gardens in the park. It is also a lovely place to take photos of your group selfies and skyline photos of other parts of the City.

Stop At: New York Stock Exchange, 20 Broad St, New York City, NY 10005-2601
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is by far the worlds largest stock exchange and is the most important institution of American capitalism. The NYSE was founded in 1817 as a private operation and it still is an elite private enterprise.
Visitors may look around on the outside and take photos.

Stop At: Fearless Girl, 8 Broadway Street, New York City, NY 10004-2207
Visit the Fearless Girl in front of the New York Stock Exchange. A four-foot bronze statue of a girl sporting a defiant look on her face appeared in Lower Manhattan on the eve of International Womens Day in March 2017. The sculpture soon became known as the Fearless Girl, captivating New Yorkers and tourists alike.
Her original location was in front of the Charging Bull on Broadway. Not long after her appearance, she was moved to her present location.

Stop At: Zuccotti Park, Liberty St., New York City, NY 10006
Zuccotti Park is a privately owned public space in Lower Manhattan in the middle of the Financial District. The Park was occupied by the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) Movement, a protest movement of thousands of mainly young people that began on September 17, 2011. Zuccotti Park was its field headquarters. The main objectives of the OWS was to place on the national political agenda the critical issues of economic inequity, greed, corruption and the undue influence of corporations on governmentparticularly from the financial services sector. The OWS slogan "We are the 99%" refers to income and wealth disparity in the U.S. between the wealthiest 1% and the rest of the population. They used Civil Disobedience to get their point over. The movement was brutally suppressed by the City and the State of New York.

St Paul's Chapel is located on Broadway in Downtown Manhattan, it has seen over 250 years of New York history and is one of the oldest and most historically significant buildings in the city.
It is the only colonial-era church still standing in Manhattan. The chapel sits in the shadows of surrounding skyscrapers including the World Trade Center complex and it witnessed and survived the September 11th attacks, serving as a relief center for first responders and family members,

The Oculus is the main super hall relaxation space and shopping mall of the new World Trade Center.
Our Guest Assistant will show you around the Oculus, you can even get a bathroom break and later you can visit on your own and shop till you drop.
In the Oculus we will also catch the Path Subway Train for a 10-minute ride to Hoboken. The train fare to Hoboken is included in the tour package but the return fare is not included.

Stop At: Hoboken Waterfront Walkway, On the Western shore of the Hudson River, Hoboken, NJ
The Lackawanna Station of the New Jersey Transit System.
The tour starts in Lower Manhattan, we will take a subway train or Ferry for a 15-minute ride under or over that Hudson River to the Lackawanna Train Station in the One Square Mile City of Hoboken New Jersey.
Hoboken as a city was one of the earliest hubs of commercial activities on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River.
The site of the train terminal there has been used since colonial times to link Manhattan Island and points west. It was originally a ferry landing accessible via turnpike roads, and later plank roads. In 1811 the first steam-powered ferries began service under John Stevens, an inventor who founded Hoboken. Descendants of the Steven family will later found the internationally known Steven Institute of Technology in Hoboken.
The Steven Institute Observatory is one of the attractions on this tour.

Pier A Park was named to honor Frank Sinatra - December 12th 1915 to May 14th, 1998 - He was one of America's most talented vocal artistes, Hollywood actors, and producers.
He is one of the best-selling music artistes of all time, having sold more than 150 million records worldwide.
Frank Sinatra was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, to Italian immigrants Natalina Della (Garaventa), from Northern Italy, and Saverio Antonino Martino Sinatra, a Sicilian boxer, fireman, and bar owner.

We will visit the Hoboken Historical Museum when it is open. The museum is just off Washington Street.
Washington Street is the main commercial and residential street in Hoboken.
we will also pass by Carlos Bakery home of the Cake Boss. The Cake Boss is an internationally syndicated TLC Reality TV series The Cake Boss. On our way to the Reflexology experience, we will also pass by the Hoboken City Hall.

The Zening Foot Massage Experience will be held here.
The Reflexology Experience will include a compact presentation on the theory and application of Reflexology and a hands-on demonstration of Reflexology techniques by a practicing Reflexologist who is Certified in the Ingham Method. The group will then pair off and practice on each other.
Guests will learn some wellness and relaxation techniques that they can share with family and friends and enjoy a few minutes of foot massage at the end of the experience.
