Old-World Wine Tour Odyssey

A group of accomplished winegrowers and winemakers who saw the potential on Oregon for the finest Pinot Noir in the world will be visited. Robert Drouhin, the Chairman of Maison Joseph Drouhin from 1957 to 2003, established the first Burgundy presence in Oregon in 1987, Domaine Drouhin Oregon.

This two-day 'Wine Tour Experience' visits a group of six accomplished French and French-influenced winegrowers and winemakers. Guest's will experience wonderful wines paired with some of the best Chef inspired plates. The Magic Begins Here.

Guest's will be guided through Domaine Drouhin Oregon's four-story gravity flow winery, focusing on what makes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Oregon and Burgundy similar, yet so distinctly different.

Following the tour you will be guided through a seated comparative tasting of five wines, including Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Domaine Drouhin Oregon and France with a selection of fine cheese.

You will take a culinary journey and explore an in-depth look at the history of Chateau de la Cree - Domaine Serene's sister winery in Burgundy. This thoughtfully curated wine and food pairing, prepared by the Domaine Serene Culinary Team, allows guest's to discover the Chateau's stories vineyards throughout the Cote d' Or.

Travel along with us while we review the nuances of terroir by tasting our Burgundian and Oregon wines side-by-side - alkl elevated by locally sourced small plates paired to perfection.

This is a comprehensive tasting featuring Antic Terra's current release and a rotating selection of inspirational bottlings from around the world.

You will be served the wines from a state-of-the-art Enomatic Wine System where they are preserved under surgical grade argon. Wines are served alongside a selection of small plates curated by in-house Chef Timothy Wastell.

Guest's will have dinner at Oregon's only Forbes Four Star and AAA Diamond Dining Experience.

This charming Victorian restaurant is located in the epicenter of Oregon Wine Country and surrounded by more than 200 wineries and the bounty of the Willamette Valley. You are in for a remarkable evening the minute you step inside the picket fence at this wonderful country jewel.

You will experience the Ekollon Tasting & Pairing Experience in the family estate home at the vineyard. The experience starts with a taste of Champagne while exploring biodynamic practices in Bergstrom's vineyard and garden programs, all while enjoying the scenic views of the valley.

Next your host will guide you through the Bergstrom story and a tasting of their limited production estate wines, including a selection of library wines. The tasting and pairing includes a pairing menu designed by Josh and Caroline Bergstrom featuring seasonal, locally sourced, gourmet bites that makes for a very nice lunch.

Guest's will be greeted and taken on a tour of Lingua Franca's most-modern winery. Lingua Franca offers a seated communal tasting showcasing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This experience lasts about one-hour and includes six different wines with a selection of cheese and charcuerie.

You will enjoy an in-depth exploration of Beaux Freres history, farming practices, and winemaking philosophy during a walk into Beaux Freres Vineyard and tour of the winery before the tasting.
