Once you arrive at Orlando Airport, follow these instructions:

Domestic Flights: Passengers will leave the plane and go to Level 2 (Level 2) on the A or B side to collect their luggage from the carousels. Your airline is where to go.

International Flights: Passengers will leave the plane, collect their baggage and pass customs. Then go with your baggage to the main airport building up to Level 2 (Level 2) on side A or B. Your airline is the one that will advise you which side you’re going.

There are two ways to arrive at luggage area from the main building:
* If you take the escalators you will see the guide when you go down, next to the information desk.
* If you take the elevator, you will find a button that says “Level 2 – Baggage Claim” should look for the indicated belt. Look for the representative by the information desk.
* The representative will have a sign with the name of the lead traveler on the reservation. From there the passengers will be taken to their destination.

IMPORTANT
* In case the client does not see us, they should call one of the numbers provided before choosing an alternative form of transportation. Failure to do so will forfeit any possible refunds.

Maximum waiting time: 1 hours – domestic flights, 2 hours for international flights from the arrival time with previous communication. *
