The meeting location is one of the few parks in Miami that's actually on the water. Tucked in between a bunch of residential buildings and across the street from a gas station. This park isn't exactly a thing of beauty, but safe and has access to the only boat ramp on Blue Lagoon. Captain will meet you at the Boat Ramp area.
