Homemade pasta from scratch. There’s nothing better! You’ll learn how to make a basic pasta dough, a tri-color dough which we’ll turn into a spectacular Spinach & Cheese Ravioli served with a Butter and Sage sauce (sure to impress your dinner guests), and quick weeknight Linguine with Tomato Sauce. We’ll finish with a Seasonal Fruit Galette for dessert. This is sure to be a fun, hands on class, and you’ll come away with the confidence to make your own pasta at home!

Price includes Tomato and Basil Bruschetta to nibble while we cook, and of course the food we cook! You will also receive a print out of the recipes.
