This is a Private and Exclusive tour aboard a new, high-speed alaskan-waters vessel. Due to the size and speed of the Samantha Lynne we can cover far more area than the larger, slower and much more crowded sightseeing vessels typical of Ketchikan water tours.

As part of our search for marine life, we will stop in areas where there is frequent whale activity. Once there, we will deploy a hydrophone to listen for the marine mammals while simultaneously watching for the tell-tale water spouts of humpback whales.

Aboard the Samantha Lynne you are guaranteed to see the wonder of Southeast Alaska and its waters. Although there is no way to guarantee marine mammal sightings, we frequently see seals and humpback whales, and occasionally killer whales, sea lions, porpoises and even a bear or two.
