Take this relaxing 2-hour workshop related to stress management and go home with new tools and knowledge on how to stay relaxed!
This workshop is a fun and social way of spending a couple hours with friends, family or colleagues, while learning all about the topic stress and practice different exercises that can eliminate and prevent these stress symptoms. We will work with techniques from Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga, progressive relaxation, breathing and visualisation meditations to bring body and mind back in balance.
You will learn how to become physically and mentally balanced and how to recognise and eliminate stress symptoms. You will receive a .pdf handout and/or a web log-in to access your personal webpage with course material existing out of video material, mp3's, photos and text.
