Southern BBQ Cooking Classes

Whether you are a great BBQ cook or a wanna-be, this is the class for you.  We are an award winning competition BBQ team and have taught over 700 students  how to prepare authentic Southern BBQ using our simplified cooking techniques.  Our guiding principal is to have all our students leave our class with the knowledge and confidence to cook great BBQ in their own back yard. Besides providing solid instruction,  we designed our class to be a fun,  hands-on experience where students spend the day cooking over 200 lb. of BBQ shoulder-to-shoulder with us pros.

Spend a hands-on day in the pits with us pros learning to cook brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken and more. Includes three meals, step-by-step manual, and Que University apron.
