• 167 San Marco Ave - Stop #1: Old Jail - Williams and San Marco. Approximately 1 mile north of Visitor Information Center. One block off US1. Next door to Dunkin' Donuts and across from the Carousel.
• 1700 N Ponce De Leon Blvd - Stop #2: Welcome Center US1 - US1 and Matanzas. 1700 Ponce de Leon Blvd (US1). Approximately 1 mile south of the intersection of US 1 and State Road 16.
• 1 US-1 BUS - Stop #3: Visitor Information Center - W. Castillo Drive and Castillo Drive. 10 West Castillo Dr. Stop is located on the north side between the parking garage and the main building.
• 31 Orange St - Stop #4: Potter’s Wax Museum - Orange and Cordova. Trolley stop Located in the parking lot of the Oldest Drug Store, which is at the corner of Orange Street and Cordova St.
• 3 Orange St - Stop #5: City Gates - Orange Street and St. George Street. Stop is located on the south side of Orange St, between the City Gates and the beginning of St. George St.
• 9 S Castillo Dr - Stop #6: Colonial Quarter - Stop is located on the south side of S. Castillo Drive, across from the Castillo de San Marcos, to the east of the Pirate and Treasure Museum, at the rear entrance to the Colonial Spanish Quarter.
• 6 Avenida Menendez - Stop #7: Best Western/Bay Views - Hypolita street and Avenida Menendez. Stop is in front of hotel lobby. Hotel is located just across from Matanzas Bay, north of the Bridge of Lions.
• 2 Hypolita St - Stop #8: St. George Street - Hypolita and St. George. Stop is just outside Columbia Restaurant.
• 38 Sevilla St - Stop #9: Churches - Sevilla and Valencia. Church is located at the corner of Sevilla St. and Valencia St. One block behind Flagler College.
• 81 King St - Stop #10: Villa Zorayda Museum - King Street and Granada. Villa is located on King Street, just east of the US Post Office, and across from Flagler College.
• 80 Cordova St - Stop #11: Lightner Museum - Cordova and King Street. Museum is housed in the former Alcazar hotel, on King Street, between Cordova and Granada Streets. Stop is located in front.
• 107 Riberia St - Stop #12: St. Augustine Distillery - Riberia and Cedar Streets. Distillery is located on Riberia St. south of King St., between La Quinta Pl. and Cedar St.
• 146 King St - Stop #13: San Sebastian Winery - Malaga and King Street. Winery is located one block off US 1, at the intersection of Lorida Street and King Street. Next to Police Department.
• 137 King St - Stop #14: Whetstones Chocolate Factory - One block east of US 1, on south side of King Street. 139 King Street; Across from Shell Station / Carmello’s Pizza.
• Wells Fargo - Stop #15: Plaza de la Constitucion - Cathedral Place and St. George Street. Stop is at the corner of Cathedral Place and St. George Street. Across from the Plaza de la Constitution and the Government House, at the southern end of the pedestrian area of St. George St.
• 25 King St - Stop #16: Spanish Military Hospital Museum - King Street and Aviles Street. 17 King Street, across from the Plaza. Less than 1 block from the Spanish Military Hospital. One block to A1A Aleworks. Also the Beach Bus stop.
• 22 St Francis St - Stop #17: Oldest House - Charlotte and St. Francis. The Gonzalez-Alvarez House is located on St. Francis St, 2 blocks from the south end of the Bayfront. Next door to the National Guard Barracks.
• 63 S Castillo Dr - Stop #18: Castillo de San Marcos - Castillo Drive and Avenida Menendez. Located on the Bayfront. The stop is in the parking lot.
• 19 San Marco Ave - Stop #19: Ripley's Believe It Or Not - W. Castillo Drive and San Marco Avenue. Right Next to OTT Welcome Center, and across from Visitor Information Center.
• 27 San Marco Ave - Stop #20: Old Town Trolley Welcome Center - San Marco and Shenandoah Street. Right next door to Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and across the street from the Visitor Information Center.
• 103 A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway - Stop #21: Mission of Nombre de Dios - San Marco and Old Mission. Located on San Marco Ave. at the intersection with Ocean Avenue, one block east of US 1, Just across from Ramada Inn, and 3 blocks south of Stop #1.
• 137 San Marco Ave - Stop #22: Old Senator Tree & Howard Johnson Hotel - San Marcos and Sanchez Avenue. Located in the parking lot of the Howard Johnson’s, at 187 San Marco Ave., 1 block south of the Old Jail, and just west of the Fountain of Youth. Across from Hungry Howie’s.
• 11 Magnolia Ave - Stop #23: Fountain of Youth - Magnolia Avenue and Williams Street. 11 Magnolia Ave. Stop is in front of the ticket booth. One block east of Old Jail.
