Itinerary

We will depart from the pick up location and head directly to either the South Manta Ray location or we will head North about 25 minutes to the North Manta Ray Bay. Either way, we will have ready for you hot tea, hot chocolate, hot coffee, bottled water and some snacks. Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful Kona Coastline. Soon enough you'll be jumping in the water with some of the majestic creatures on our planet. Travel Magazine says "Swimming with Manta Rays" is a top ten thing that you should do in your lifetime.

We provide a high powered LED Floating Raft that puts out an intense amount of light. It is this light that attracts the manta rays up to the surface performing the acrobatic circles that define this experience. The Manta Rays are completely harmless. All you need to do is hang on to the raft ropes, float face down on the ocean surface and put your snorkel mask into the water.

We will spend 45 minute to an hour in the water, which is more than enough time. When you get out of the water, we'll have your towel, a plate of cookies and some hot drinks waiting for you.
