Tasting & Tour

This tour will show you how simple people are making simple whiskey. You will see a whiskey making process that is very close to what the old moonshiners used to do including using a handcrafted copper pot still that our owner and master distiller built.

After you learn about our process you will be able to taste the whiskey. If you're lucky you might even be able to run your finger through some whiskey coming right off the still.

You will have a guided tour explaining our whiskey making process. You will learn our steps from the raw grains to the final bottling. At the end of the tour you will be able to sample our whiskeys and bourbons.
