Yoga & SUP

We combine yoga with other special interests, in this case stand-up paddle boarding, in a unique outdoor environment. We move on the board in a way that is safe and accessible for beginners and experienced guests! This is a fun and different way to experience Austin, great views of the skyline and a way to stay cool while being fit outside!

Itinerary

We will meet at the check-in desk at Texas Rowing Center to get our equipment and sign the liability waiver. Once we hop on our board, you'll get an intro lesson on how to paddle and the different options for kneeling or standing. We will paddle out to our yoga spot and enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga session on the boards followed by play time! nor previous paddle or yoga experience necessary!
