9.00: Head to the local market in Hoi An, buying fresh products for the cooking class in Hoi An, learning about the way the Vietnamese shop.

09.30: Going to the local house for lantern making, learn how to make a simple lovely lantern for yourself (lantern is the soul of Hoi An) to bring home as a Vietnamese gift. Take a break to have a cup of coffee, sharing your stories with others in making lantern to take your hard work even easier.

10.30: Head to Jolie’s house where you will have a welcome drink served by the lovely members. After that, listen to the stories about local life.

10.45: It’s time for cooking using the ingredients purchased earlier!

14.00: Play guitar (if you can), then return to your accommodation via our free drop-off service.
