Half-Day Tam Giang Lagoon Cruise from Hue

Discover the magic and beauty of central Vietnam during this half-day lagoon cruise to Tam Giang from Hue. Travel by wooden boat and traditional sampan through the waters of the Tam Giang lagoon. Meet with local fisherman and enjoy a picturesque sunset in one of the most beautiful areas in Vietnam.

Start the adventure around 2:30pm when a friendly guide will pick you up in Hue. Travel 20 minutes by car to Thuan An Beach and board a wooden boat headed towards the Tam Giang Lagoon.

After about 30 minutes, transfer on to a traditional sampan boat and see what life is like for the fisherman of this area. Drift through the shallow waters of the lagoon and get a chance to truly experience being a fisherman by playing a game called “Be a fisherman” which gives the opportunity to fish and learn with the locals themselves.

After several hours spent on the water and a magnificent sunset, begin the journey back to Hue around 6pm.
