Sample authentic local dishes away from the tourist trails, getting to know the local lifestyles on the street at various amazing food stalls at add up to your real experience of the city. 

You will be met up with our motorbike-riding-tour guide at your hotel in Hanoi downtown at 4:30 pm (or flexible). Firstly, our tour guide will take you to Ho Chi Minh complex to understand more information about the history of Vietnam war and Ho Chi Minh President. Then we head to the first visit –  West Lake- one of the famous Lake with great air and beautiful sights. Going along in West Lake one time, enjoying the spring roll- special traditional street foods in Ngu Xa street.. Then, cross the bustle street for a short walking inside the most famous street food in Old quarter to try some street foods like pillow cake, sweet donut, salty donut, etc. 

The next dish is chicken noodle soup in famous shop in Hanoi's Old Quarter to enjoy authentic taste of Vietnam Pho. The following stop-off is HaNoi Opera House- The centrepiece of Hanoi’s French Quarter and go along French style street that have a great commercial center on Trang Tien, Trang Thi street. Then, enjoying the special drinks- Egg Coffee during our trip. After short rest, you will continue on motorbike to pass through Hanoi 36 Old Streets on Old Quarter.

The old quarter in Hanoi is over one thousand years old and today retains much of the old flavor that made the area special in earlier times, each street was the exclusive domain of one trade (guilds) so there are whole streets of blacksmiths, silver shops, paper shops, headstone makers and more. Originally there were just 36 streets in the old quarter but today there are more than 50 streets. Although many of the streets are short, and the area is rather compact.
