In the morning, get a cooking session with the Vietnam Cookery Center. The morning class will start with a short tour of the well-known Ben Thanh Market.

The one-hour market visit will guide you on how to choose the meat, seafood, vegetables, herbs, and fruits.

Get back to the Vietnam Cookery Center.

During a few hours, you will become a great cook in spite of having no previous cooking experience. It is the hands-on practice and learning of the Vietnamese Cuisine Art that aid the foreigners in cooking the Vietnamese food and even reproducing them in their places with the recipe copies. The menu will include salad, local soup, braised fish or braised pork. After the practice is the rewarding time when you eat your self-cooked food as well as the restaurant-prepared feast.
