1: Banh Canh Ca Loc ( Snake Head Fish Noodle Soup)
Banh canh ca loc is a popular dish in the center of Viet Nam with the available ingredient like snakehead fish, rice flour or wheat flour. The farmers can catch a fish while working on the field. After a simple process and spice, they have a beautiful, delicious dish for the middle morning meal or the afternoon snack. Nowadays, it is not only a famous street food but also a local specialty.

2: Bánh xèo (Savory Sizzling Giant Pancake.)
Bánh xèo quite literally means sizzling pancake and is made from rice flour, water, and turmeric. They come filled with a variety of different meats and even shrimp in addition to mung beans and beansprouts. Once again it is eaten with mixed green leaves and herbs, wrapped in rice paper and dipped in a fish sauce usually served with little chunks of chili and garlic. It is really quite delicious and can be found for incredibly cheap across the city.

3: Banh trang nuong (Vietnamese Street Pizza)
Originally from the beautiful countryside city of Dalat (one of our favorite places in the country), banh trang nuong, or Vietnamese pizza is essentially thick rice paper grilled with varied toppings often including eggs, dried shrimp, pork, herbs, and spices. Found all over the city, this cheap and tasty snack is a perfect light snack or as part of a food tour.

4: Bánh Khot (A Little Crispy Pancake)
Sometimes found in the same restaurants (and stalls) as Bánh xèo, Bánh Khot is very small pancakes made from the same ingredients as Bánh xèo rice flour, water and turmeric with the addition of coconut milk. Topped with shrimp, onions and more coconut milk, they are bitesize, delicious and once again, served with greens and a spicy fish sauce.

5: Bánh mì (Vietnamese Sandwich)
Bánh mì is a Vietnamese style baguette filled with a variety of fillings such as pork sausage, pate, coriander, and pickled vegetables. Fillings can vary from place to place and a variety of meats are usually on offer.

6: Seafood & local beers
We have some seafood dishes which are scallops, clams, and grilled prawns. You might eat these dishes before somewhere but I am quite sure that you will never taste the same. 7: Banh flan or Kem Dua
The Flan cake made from egg york, coffee, condensed milk,... which is very popular for the young age in Vietnam for hanging out at night. Or the coconut ice cream is so tremendous and refresh to have your stomach feel much better after eating many savory dishes before. Please pick the one you like.
