Sails of Indochina Lan Ha Junk, has developed a sustainable business associated with environmental protection, to help fishermen who live in Bai Tu Long and Van Don Bay. In coordination with theHalong Bay Management Board, Sails of Indochina - Lan Ha Junk has developed the program “For a clean Bay.” Supported by the government and local residents, this program ensures a future pristine environment so visitors will continue to visit our bay. It has 2 projects, the collection and treatment of waste and mangrove reforestation in Bai Tu Long Bay and Quan Lan Island, and the building of cultural houses and schools in fishing villages.

DAY 1: Hanoi - Hai Phong - Ferrry to Cat Ba. Meals = Lunch, Dinner.

Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi ( This pickup service is not inclusive in the rate), transfer to Ben Binh, take a fast ferry for a quick crossing to Cat Ba Island. Boarding on boat at 12h00 at Ben Beo harbor, transfer to Sails of Indochina with a welcome drink. The junk travel through a floating fishing village. One-hour cruise in Lan Ha Bay to discover the stunning beaches of Ba Trai Dao beach. You have the first stop for kayaking and swimming on the beach.

Delicious seafood lunch *and free time to rest while the crew will stop the engine to cruise with sails to Ong Cam area. Finally, Sails of Indochina junk - Lan Ha bay Junk will drop the anchor in a remote area. The crew prepare the fishing gear. Diner and night aboard.

DAY 2: Lan Ha bay - Halong bay – Hon Gai - Hanoi. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch.

Breakfast aboard. Kayaking to discover a hidden lake and Tunnels cave. Cruising in the magnificentHalong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. Check-out before 11am. Lunch aboard. Disembarkation at Hon Gai harbor to go back to Hanoi ( This transfer service is not inclusive in the rate)

16:30 – 17:00: Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ended at your hotel in the Old Quarter, Hanoi.
