Vietnamese Morning and Cooking class

We offer small personalised cooking classes and delicious home cooked meals.

Learn to cook from an interesting selection of Vietnamese traditional recipes.

We will pick you up at your hotel at 8:30 in Ong Lang and will then head to Duong Dong. We can also pick you up in Duong Dong if your stay in the city.

If needed, we can organize pick up anywhere on the island for a reasonable additional fee.

We will have breakfast in a local restaurant in Duong Dong. This will also be the opportunity for you to know more about Vietnamese’s life and why they are early birds.

Knowing what we are going to cook, we will head to Duong Dong main market to choose our ingredients. We will take time to explain you about cultural aspects of food in Vietnam and make you discover local products.

We will then move to our home in Ong Lang. The next few hours are going to be intense on cooking, so it is still time to relax a bit with a welcome drink.

With our help, you will prepare your dish(es) from the start to the final touch. We will also show you how to cook the other dishes, and we will answer all the questions you may have.

Don’t forget your are on holiday! Cooking is fun, but after a while, it may become tiring, especially during the hot hours of the day. No worry, a break is planned. You will enjoy a good local beer and a snack.

Then back to cooking! When we will be finished, everything will be ready for us to enjoy our culinary creations!

We will share this food as Vietnamese families do.

Transfer back to your hotel at 15:30.
