Devils Pool Livingstone Island Experience

An adventure on the edge of the mighty Victoria falls. You swim on the edge of the batoka gorge and at the very spot that Dr David Livingstone first saw the amazing Victoria Falls. You will swim and explore the special island enjoying the breeze and sounds from the curtain of falling water into the gorge below.

Itinerary

You will be picked up from you hotel or lodge and transferred to Zambia. You go through Zimbabwean immigration first then drive through the Victoria Falls Bridge and you do the immigration on the Zambian border. You are recommended to purchase a kaza univisa on port of entry if you intend to do this activity and also if you staying on the Zimbabwean side of the falls. The visa fee is $50 united states dollars per person and allows you multiple entries between Zimbabwe and Zambia.
One you are done with immigration(with assistance of Forche guide) you will take a short drive to the start point of the activity. You will sign indemnity forms and briefing on the safety rules to adhere to during the activity. You will then get into a motorized boat for a five minutes ride to Livingstone Island.
On arrival you will keep your values in the safety box. Depending on which slot you are on breakfast, Lunch or Hightea will be served after plunging in the pool.
Bathing suits are highly recommended for this activity.
